An expert in business intelligence and AI-driven marketing, he previously served as Business Intelligence Director at DameJidlo.cz (Delivery Hero), where he managed all company reporting and ROI-driven roadmap prioritization. Prior to that, Martin spent five years at O2 Czech Republic, where he led Customer Value Management teams and successfully engineered a sophisticated, AI-driven upsell machine.
